dc.description.abstractΟ Ούσιο Αμαγκάτσου αποτελεί έναν από τους θεμελιωτές του Μπούτο και έχει καταφέρει να αφήσει την δική του προσωπική σφραγίδα σε αυτήν την ιδιαίτερη σωματική γλώσσα. Το 1975 ίδρυσε τους Σάνκαϊ Τζούκου. Οι δυνατές εικόνες και ο συνδυασμός ομορφιάς και ωριμότητας αποτελούν χαρακτηριστικά γνωρίσματα της δουλειάς αυτού του χορογράφου. Η παράσταση Utsushi, έκανε πρεμιέρα λίγες μόνο μέρες πριν παρουσιαστεί στο Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Χορού της Καλαμάτας και καλύπτεται από ένα πέπλο μυστηρίου. Το βέβαιο είναι ότι αποτελεί το απόσταγμα της 30χρονης χορογραφικής τέχνης του Αμαγκάτσου και πως όσοι την παρακολούθησαν είχαν την ευχαρίστηση να θαυμάσουν μία παράσταση εκπλήξεων και αξέχαστων εικόνων.
